From Cranberry Exits of I-76 or I-79: go north 3.5 miles on US Rte. 19, then turn right on North Boundary Rd. Go 0.9 mile, straight through roundabout to a right into the park. Make immediate right and park at Penn Power pavilion. See the Frisbee Thrower sculpture
