Description

AKA Up the Ten Mile Creek DGC. The original 18 holes include well marked, clean holes through scrub palms with tricky holes over water (great layout). Narrow fairways bounded by tall grass - regularly maintained, but a spotter is sometimes needed (especially on holes #16 and #17). Compost restrooms, picnic pavilion, BBQ grills, fishing pier, hiking trails, and canoe access. Handicapped weeklies - Saturdays at 10am. Doubles on Wednesdays at 6 pm. (9 added in 2015 to make 27 holes.)

Directions

I-95; exit 129 - west on Okeechobee Rd., under the FL. Turnpike to the 1st left (Gordy Rd.), 2 miles over a one lane bridge to the park entrance on left. Turn left at Nighthawk Lane and travel around to backside of circular drive. Follow signs - short walk along path south to 1st tee.
