Application for Funding for 501(c)(3) Advocacy or Education-based Organizations

The Professional Disc Golf Association (PDGA) is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit membership organization dedicated to the promotion and sustainable growth of disc golf. The PDGA does offer financial support to 501(c)(3) advocacy or education-based organizations. Applications will be accepted and reviewed year-round.

The organization’s non-profit business plan. This must include but may not be limited to:

  1. Organizational mission
  2. Organizational structure and staff
  3. Board of directors’ (members, appointed or elected?)
  4. Products, services, and programs (including audience served)
  5. Reach (local, state, regional, national, or international)
  6. Most recent financial plan (including projected budget for the upcoming year)
  7. Fundraising and development (sources of revenue)
  8. Marketing strategy
  9. Evaluation process
