Description

Located within the Qualla Boundary of the Eastern Band of Cherokee, this 18-hole course is a remote, beautiful, challenging, tightly wooded, free-to-play gem. Water is in play on several holes as the course borders the Raven Fork River. Three spectacular putting greens are located at the start of the property. Artistic and detailed signage everywhere - tee signs feature Cherokee names and language. Massive boulders serve as seating areas behind every 5' x 12' concrete tee. A spacious pavilion and a huge fire pit are at the center of the course. Visually stunning and often punishing greens on several holes. The course features 18 tees, 9 holes with both gold and red (short) baskets, and 9 with only gold baskets. The property shares space with elk, black bear, screech owls, flying squirrels. hellbenders, and the occasional timber rattlesnake.
