Sam Ferrans exploded onto the disc golf scene in 1984 when at the tender age of 16 he became the youngest player to ever win a PDGA World Championship. Blessed with an outgoing personality and an enormously strong arm, Sam quickly established WFDF Outdoor Distance and Roller Distance records that held up for years.
